The proposed plat consists of three lots varying in size from <br />4.4 acres to 5.3 acres. <br /> <br />2. Soil boringJ and soil classifications were not submitted as <br />required bylcity Code to determine if the development is <br />suitable f01 on-site wastewater disposal systems. <br /> <br />3. In review o~ the preliminary plat data required by the City <br />Code section 170.037, the following were not provided: <br /> <br />a) The typ~ of surfacing of existing roads; <br />b) A drainage plan; <br />c) A cross section of the proposed street showing width as <br />.le11 as type and thickness of surfacing along with a <br />profile of the proposed centerline grade. <br /> <br />We would recommend approval of the preliminary plat contingent upon <br />providina the items s~ated in this lette~ as well as anv additional <br />... -' I ~ <br />information requested by the board. <br /> <br />222 Monroe Street <br />Anoka.
