GERALD BADER <br />By: Anne Norris, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Backgr ound: <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Bauer is requesting preliminary plat approval of his subdivision of <br />Lot 3, Outlot A and Outlot B, Green Valley Estates. The plat includes <br />approximately 66 acres and consists of 23 single family residential lots. The <br />average lot size is 2.87 acres. <br /> <br />Mr. Bauer will construct 177th and 178th Lanes to provide access to the plat. <br /> <br />Enclosed are the follD"ing items for your information: <br /> <br />a) Site location map <br />b) Proposed preliminary plat <br />c) City Engineer's review of the plat dated August 18, 1988 <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoni~g Commission conducted a public hearing on tlr. Bauer's <br />request on August 18.11988.
