(b) Eo more than two (2) bingo occasions each week shall be conducted by any organization. No person who leases premises to two (2) or more organizations for purposes including the conduct of bingo shall allow more than two (2) bingo occasions to be conducted on the premises in any week; (c) Gambling locations shall be limited to one (1) licensed gambling organization at anyone time in the licensed premises and any rooms adjoining the premises under the same management. No lease shall be made with one organization while another lease is in effect for the same on- sale establishment; (d) Every agreement between a non-profit organization and a gambling location owner for gambling shall be in the form of a written lease. The written lease shall be the complete agreement between the parties, and there shall be no unwritten terms or conditions. The lease shall specifically provide that the lessee shall operate only after issuance of a license and shall be subject to the terms of this ordinance; . . (e) A copy of Bny lease agreement bet",'een a non-profit organization and a gambling location owner or operator shall be filed with the City Administrator with the gambling license application; (f) A lease ag~eement between a non-profit organization and a gambling location owner or operator shall not provide for rental payments based on a percentage of [receipts or profits from lawful gambling. There shall be no other compensation paid to the gambling location owner or operator, directly or ind]'rectlY' other than the rental fee provided in the lease agreement. The maximum rental fee shall be siK hundred dollars ($600.00) per month; (g) The gambling operations shall be maintained by the organization licensed to conduct gambling and shall be under the exclusive control of that organizati~n. The organization licensed to conduct gambling shall prominently disflay its name at the location where the gambling devices are distributed or used and shall indicate the intended use of all profits from gakbling; (h) No employels or agents of the gambling location shall be paid for handling gambting devices, gambling money, prizes, or gambling records; (i) The organi ation licensed to conduct gambling shall have exclusive control over atl gambling devices, money, and records. Whenever the organization isl not present or specifically represented by it' agent, all gambling devices, money, and records shall be securely locked and shall be inaccessibll to employees of the gambling location; (j) No gambling funds shall be commingled with funds of the gambling location; 1 (k) No food, rink, or entertainment discounts or other promotions shall be offered in donjunction with the sale of gambling devices or chances; (1) The gamb~ing location shall allow the organization to conduct gambling at anf time during its lawful business hours and shall prohibit gambling at any time other than its lawful business hours; '"
