Councilmember <br />for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #88- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR STREET & <br />STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS TO FRONT ST. N.W. (PROJECT #87-21/88-9) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the <br />improvement of Front Street N.W. between Tungsten st. and <br />Feldspar st. N.W. and Tungsten st., Feldspar st. and Sunfish Lake Blvd <br />lying between Front Street and U.S. Hwy 10 & 169. (Project 88-21/88-9) <br />bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the <br />following bids were received complying with the advertisement: <br /> <br />Bidder <br /> <br />Amount of Bid <br /> <br />Northdale Construction <br />W.B. I <br />AND WHEREAS, 1t appears that Northdale Construction of Rogers, <br />Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder. <br />I <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, I STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Mayor and City Administrator/Clerk are hereby auth- <br />orized and directed to enter into a contract with Northdale Construc- <br />tion of Rogers, Minnesota in the name of the City of Ramsey for the <br />improvement of Front St. (Project 87-21/88-9) according to the plans <br />and specifications therefore approved by the Ramsey city Council and <br />on file in the officel of the City Administrator/Clerk. <br /> <br />2) The improvements to Front st. N.W.
