<br />Councilmember <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #88-____ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAY FOR AS TECH CORPORATION (PROJECTS #88-2, <br />3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8 STREET SEAL COATING) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city council of the city of Ramsey approved this <br />project in May 1, 1988; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city council of the city of Ramsey adopted Resolu- <br />tion #88- awarding the bid to Astech corporation for street seal <br />coating; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, city Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson <br />Associates, Inc., recommended final payment to Astech Corporation in <br />the amount of $54,157.52. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUKCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Icity Council hereby authorizes final payment to <br />Astech Corporation for street seal coating in the amount of <br />$54,157.52. <br /> <br />2) That the city council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City <br />Administrator to sign the release form for this final payment. <br /> <br />3) That the total amount of this final payment is not included <br />in Resolution #88___ approving payment of bills for the month of <br />August, 1988. <br /> <br />4) That the city of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a <br />signed copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for thl adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by counci1member and ~pon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereo:: <br /> <br />and the f0110wingl voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the f0110winJ abstained: <br /> <br />1 .
