<br />Councilmember <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~BB-____ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR 0 & P CONTRACTING (PROJECT ~B7-25 <br />SANITARY SEWER AND WATERMAIN FRONT ST. N.W.) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city council of the city of Ramsey approved this <br />project in January, 19BB; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City council of the city of Ramsey adopted Resolu- <br />tion ~BB- awarding the bid to O&P contracting for the sanitary <br />sewer and watermain improvements to Front St. N.W; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, city Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson <br />Associates, Inc., recommended partial payment to 0 & P Contracting in <br />the amount of $63,819.10. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANORA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />I <br />1) That the city council hereby authorizes partial payment to 0 <br />& P contracting for the improvements to Front Street in the amount of <br />$63,819.10. I <br /> <br />2) That the city council hereby authorizes the Mayor or city <br />Administrator to s'ign the release form for this partial payment. <br />I <br />3) The amount of this partial payment is not included in ResolU- <br />tion ~BB approving payment of bills for the month of August, 1988. <br /> <br />4) That the Icity of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a <br />signed copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motio~ for thJ adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said re~olution was declared duly passed and <br />Ramsey city council this the 23rd day of August, 1988. <br /> <br />adopted by the <br /> <br />~, <br />
