councilmember moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION ~88-____ RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR STIGLICH CONSTRUCTION (PROJECT ~88-15 ANOKA SPORTS CENTER SITE IMPROVEMENT) WHEREAS, the city council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on April 12, 1988; and WHEREAS, the City council of the city of Ramsey adopted Resolu- tion ~88-85 awarding the bid to stiglich construction for the site improvements to Anoka Sports Center; and WHEREAS, city Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., recommended partial payment to Stiglich Construction in the amount of $1,231.28. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANORA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: I 1) That the city council hereby authorizes partial payment to stiglich Construction for the site improvements to the Anoka Sports Center in the amount of $1,231.28. I 2) That the City council hereby authorizes the Mayor or city Administrator to s'ign the release form for this partial payment. 3) That the Iltotal amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution ~88___ approving payment of bills for the month of August, 1988. I 4) That the ,City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for thJ adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 23rd day of August, 1988.
