MIJllHIlSOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTIOJII NO. 84- <br /> <br />WIIEREAS, the City Council on February 28, 1984 adopted Ordinance 84-2 which <br /> <br />was an amendment to the City's Sewage Disposal Systems Chapter of the City Code, <br /> <br />Chapter 150.01; and <br /> <br />IHIEREAS, said Ordinance 84-2 requires that the City implement certain <br /> <br />actions to insure that individual on site septic systems are maintained; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Staff by memo presented to the City Council, dated March 21, <br /> <br />1984 presented the City Council with three (3) possible implementation <br /> <br />alternatives; and <br /> <br />\;[!IlREA8, a "",jnrity nf th~ "ity Cel1Reil BY eea."'l9". h.. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the Ramsey City Council as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. That Ordinance 84-2 be implemented and enforced by requiring that the <br /> <br />following items be accomplished: <br /> <br />a. Licensed pumpers shall get a permit from City Hall prior to pumping. <br />This should be made public so that individuals calling a pumper will <br />know to ask for the permit for verification and as part of the record <br />process. <br /> <br />b. A list of licensed pumpers shall be made available to the residents <br />a t the Ci ty lIall. <br /> <br />
