Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption. CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY. MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 83-168 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF RAMSEY. MINNESOTA: 1. That City Council has received a certain petition requesting the construction of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water and street to serve what has been proposed as Flintwood Hills Second Addition which addition is located on the property hereinafter described, to-wit: That part of the South half of the Southwest Quarter and of Government Lot 3, Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying easterly of the plat of Flintwood Hills and lying westerly of the centerline of State Highway No. 47 as now laid out and traveled. Except that part described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of said Government Lot 3; thence westerly on the southerly line of said Southwest. Quarter a distance of 82.5 feet; thence northerly, at right angles to said southerly line of said Southwest Quarter a distance of 291.43 feet; thence easterly parallel with said southerly line of said Southwest Quarter, to the centerline of said State Highway No. 47; thence southeasterly, along said centerline of said highway, to the southerly line of said Government Lot No.3; thence westerly along said southerly line of said Government Lot No. 3 to the point of beginning. And, OUtlot 1, Flintwood Hills, Anoka County, Minnesota. And that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying northerly of the centerline of County Road No. 116 as now laid out and traveled and lying southerly and easterly of the plat of Flintwood Hills and lying easterly of the westerly 660.00 feet thereof as measured parallel with the north line. PIN R-25-32-25-33-0020/0742094 and R-25-32-25-34-000l/0734l56 2. That said petition was filed with the Council on August 26, 1983. 3. That the City Council hereby declares the petition to be adequate and is signed by the owner of 100% of the property to be affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035.
