City Engineer recommended holding back $5000 from <br />final payment. The one year maintenance bond is effective from the time <br />of final payment, which will be in the Spring of 1984. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to <br />adopt Resolution #83-205 authorizing partial payment in the amount of <br />$56,662.00 to Hardrives, Inc. for Street Improvement Project #83-15. Further, <br />that a retainage of $5,000 be held to resolve the 150 feet of street <br />problem on 152nd Avenue NW and 120 feet of street problem on Jaspar Street <br />NW. Mr. Stroscheim is a member <br />of the Ramsey Advisory Council.
