I I APPROVAL OF AGENDA I Motion by Commissioner Garnec and seconded by Commissioner Bauerkemper to approve the agenda as received. I Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Heitman, Lichter, Gamec, Data and Greenberg. Voting No: Sieber, Buchanan and Titterud. Commissioners Bauerkemper, None. Absent: Commissioners APPROVAL OF CHARTER COMMISSION MINUTES I Commission consensus was to approve regular Charter Commission minutes dated October 27, 1983 with the following corrections: I 1. Page 5, Paragraph 8, second sentence - Insert the word 'don't' after I People I . I 2. Page 9, Paragraph 5 - Change reference to 'timely' to 'untimely'. 3. Page 9, Paragraph 10 - Change reference to 'timely' to 'untimely'. I It was also noted that there is a possible correction that should be submitted by Commissioner Sieber; Page 6, last paragraph, probably should have read that if subjecting resolutions to initiative and referendum does not hold up in court, it would not negate ordinances being subject to initiative and referendum. COMMITTEE REPORTS I 1. Budget Committee - Commissioners Gamec and Bauerkemper: I a) Summary Of Charter Commission Expenditures Through October I commissioner Bauerkemper stated there was not report at this time. City Accountant Moen explained that the monthly budget report was not yet complete at the time this agenda was prepared. 2. Information Committees: I a) Public Opinion Committee - Commissioners Sieber and Buchanan - Commissioner Sieber and Commissioner Buchanan were not present.
