<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Planning <br />and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing on December 6, 1983 <br />at 7:30 P.M. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider Mr. Jeffrey E. <br />Porpusky's request to obtain kennel permit to maintain three dogs on <br />this property as outlined in Chapter 110.0319 entitled "Private Kennel" <br />of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The property is legally described as Lot 3 Block 4 Autumn <br />Heights and is generally known as 16762 Nutria Street N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />All interested persons are invited to attend this hearing <br />and comment on the variance request. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the <br />Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota 55303.
