I I CITY OF RAMSEY CONDmONAL USE PERMIT AGREEMENT I This contract entered into this day of December, 1983. between the City of Ramsey, hereinafter refelTed to as "City", and Mr. Jeffrey Porupsky, hereinafter refelTed to as "Applicant", in conjunction with the issuance to the Applicant a Conditional Use Permit to maintain on their premises at 1676Z Nutria Street NW, Ramsey, Minnesota a "Private Dog Kennel" as defined in City Code Chapter llO.OI39. I I This Conditional Use Permit is hereby granted contingent upon the Applicant's complying with the foJlowing: I I I) At no time shaJl the Applicant have or keep more than three (3) adult dogs on the premises. Z) If there are complaints of a noise problem, the owner shaJl be warned and must remedy the situation. I 3) The dogs will not be left in any open kennel when no one is at the home. I 4) Ramsey reserves the right to inspect the kennel if it should receive complaints on the dogs barking or of offensive odors or creating any health hazards to the area. I 5) The dogs shaJl not be aJlowed to run loose on the Applicant's property except under the direct supervision of the Applicants. 6) The Applicant shaJl maintain the private kennel in a sanitary condition. I 7) This Conditional Use Permit does not authorize the Applicant to conduct a commercial kennel business. Should the Applicant desire to conduct a kennel business, it will be required that they meet the requirements of the City zoning regulations and State laws governing such business. I SUMMARY I I The Applicant understands and agrees that the Conditional Use Permit granted herein is subject to review at any time and shall be reviewed annually by City Staff. I I Any violations of the conditions described herein or any violation of any other City ordinances may be cause for immediate revocation of this Conditional Use Permit.
