Council consensus is to table further discussion of this case until Ms. Arlan Waelti can be present to answer questions. Further, that City Staff should contact Ms. Waelti to set up a meeting time. Motion bl Councilmember Cox and seconded by Oouncilmenber Reimann to adopt Resolution #85 -136 authorizing partial payment in the amount of $243,032.61 to Aroon Construction Company, Inc. for Projects #84 -1 and #85 -15 contingent upon the City receiving bond funds from the 1985 bond issue. (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #85 -136). Notion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Oouncilmenbers Sorteberg, Cox, Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. A . Motion ty Councilmanber Cox and seconded by Oo:ncilmenber Sorteberg to rescind Council's authorization of contract presented on this same subject on June 11 and approve of the amended Joint Powers Agreement to Estahlish Lauer Run River Watershed Management Organization as presented to Ooincil on July 23, 1985. Further, to authorize the Mayor and city Administrator /Clerk to sign the above stated amended Joint Rowers Agreement. Notion carried.
