TO: City Administrator <br />FROM: Director of Technical Services <br />RE: Roof problems at City hall <br />DATE: August 12, 1985 <br />Attached please find copies of two quotes we received from North Side <br />Roofing, Inc. and Northern Roofing to repair the roof on City Hall over <br />the office area. We have experienced leaks the last two times it has rained. <br />We also received a telephone quote on August 12, 1985 at 12:30 p.m. from <br />Beckman Roofing (827 -7111) in the amount of $300.00. They will be <br />submitting this in writing. <br />It would be my recommendation that we use Beckman Roofing in the amount <br />of $300.00.
