TD: City Administrator <br />FRO!!: Director of Technical Services <br />RE: Mbnthly Report <br />DATE: August 2, 1985 <br />There were nine housing starts for the month which indicates that building is <br />stable. Mat give us forty -nine starts for the year which is about what we <br />1 projected for the entire year. The fact that interest rates are quite <br />affordable is a major factor in construction being as good as it is. <br />Arwn Construction has basically completed their work in the Flintwood Second <br />Addition and Chateau Construction has started two homes.
