MEMO <br />TO: Ramsey Mayor & City Council <br />FROM: City Engineer <br />DATE: August 22, 1985 <br />RE: Staff Report <br />1. Status of Subdivisions: <br />A. Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition: Arcon Construction Company is <br />presently installing curb in this plat. The final <br />completion date for all work including the streets is <br />September 12, 1985. <br />B. Barthel's Rum River Acres 2nd Addition: A two -year <br />extension on Phase II of this plat was granted at your <br />February 28, 1984 council meeting. <br />C. Pondvale Estates: The streets in this development were paved <br />on November 5, 1984. Final grading and restoration has not <br />been completed to date. <br />D. River's Bend: This project is complete and the final <br />estimate is included in this agenda. The assessment hearing <br />is proposed to be scheduled for September 17, 1985. <br />E. Northfork P.U.D.: The developer was granted approval on a 42 <br />lot P.U.D. on June 11, 1985 contingent on meeting the <br />requirements of the City Code. Grading and street <br />construction is currently taking place. <br />F. Rum River Hills: The developer is currently grading streets <br />in this development. The developer is also proposing to <br />change the drainage plan on this plat and will be present at <br />the August 27, 1985 council meeting to request this change. <br />2. Ford Brook Estates: The final grading on this drainage project <br />has not been completed due to high water levels and wet <br />conditions. <br />3. Pumphouse No. 1: This project is complete with the exception of a <br />telephone alarm system. Northwestern Bell is still in the process <br />of providing service to the pumphouse. This project should be <br />completed and finalized next month. <br />Ramsey Terrace Street Project: The grading and installation of <br />gravel have been completed. Paving should be completed in the <br />next two weeks. <br />D /•e <br />
