Voting yes: Voting no: <br />Item F: Dlscuseion Reaa rdln o <br />Hills Plat. hwn -eg in Drainage in Rum River <br />' - <br />The developers of Rum River Hills are requesting that one of the <br />' drainage easements provided on the final plat be changed. The filed <br />final plat shows one drainage easement located on the north side of <br />169th Avenue W, across fram Lots 6 and 7 of Block 1. The developers <br />are requesting that this easement be relocated to run between Lots 3 <br />' and 4 of Block 1. For your information, City Staff is not <br />recommending that any changes be made in the drainage easements of <br />the Run River Hills plat. <br />' Mr. Bill Dorn, representing Rum River Hills developers, will be <br />present at the meeting to discuss this request with you. <br />' Enclosure (D2 -f) contains the following information for your <br />consideration: <br />' a) Site location map <br />b) Approved final plat of Ram River Hills <br />
