' Mr. Donald Ness is requesting a conditional use permit to operate a home improvement business from his residence at 7735 - 156th Avenue W. Mr. Ness is also requesting a variance from the Board of Adjustment to construct an accessory structure larger than allowed by City Code (see D-3, Board of Adjustment, Case ' tl). This accessory structure is for the storage of Mr. Ness' materials, equipment and vehicles for his business. The Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on the ' request for a conditional use permit on August 12, 1985. The Commission recommended approval of Mr. Ness' request for a special use permit for his home occupation, contingent upon the applicant executing a ' special use permit agreement with the City.
