' <br />Mr. Donald Ness is requesting a conditional use permit to operate a <br />home improvement business from his residence at 7735 - 156th Avenue <br />W. Mr. <br />Ness is also requesting a variance from the Board of <br />Adjustment to construct an accessory structure larger than allowed by <br />City Code (see D-3, Board of Adjustment, Case <br />' <br />tl). This accessory <br />structure is for the storage of Mr. Ness' materials, equipment and <br />vehicles for his business. The Planning and Zoning Commission <br />conducted a public hearing on the <br />' <br />request for a conditional use <br />permit on August 12, 1985. The Commission recommended approval of <br />Mr. Ness' request for a special use permit for his home occupation, <br />contingent upon the applicant executing a <br />' <br />special use permit <br />agreement with the City. <br />Enclosure (D2-g) contains the following information for your <br />consideration: <br />' <br />a) Application <br />b) Public hearing notice <br />c) Properties notified <br />d) Site location map <br />e) Proposed findings of fact <br />' <br />f) Proposed special use permit agreement <br />g) Planning and Zoning Commission public hearing <br />and regular <br />meeting minutes dated August 12, 1985 <br />Your action will be to adopt findings of fact and approve /disapprove <br />' the request by Mr. Donald Ness for a conditional use permit for a <br />home occupation.
