Z' SP Councilmember introduced the following resolution and 1 moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION 185 - RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR RIVER'S BEND AND ADJACENT UNPLATTED AREAS (184 -12, 13 & 18) WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for the public utilities, street and grading improvements to the plat of River's Bend and adjacent unplatted areas and the contract prices for such improvements are $_ and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of such improvements amount to $________ so that the total oost of the improvements will be $ NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA OJUNTY, STATE OF MDRUSORA, as follows: 1) The portion of the cost of such improvements to be paid by the City is hereby declared to be $ and the portion of the cost to be assessed against benefited property owners is declared to be $.. 2) That the City Administrator /Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public inspectin. 3) The City Administrator /Clerk shall upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the City Council thereof. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 27th day of August, 1985.
