Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #85- RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT (Oxbow Addition #85 -2) WHEREAS, contracts have been let and determined for the public utility improvements Oxbow Addition and the contract prices for such $ and the expenses incurred or to be making of such improvements amount to total cost of the improvements will be $ costs have been to the plat of improvements are incurred in the so that the NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) The portion of the cost of such improvements to be paid by the City is hereby declared to be $ and the portion of the cost to be assessed against benefited property owners is declared to be $ 2) That the City Administrator /Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public inspectin. ) h completion such proposed Administrator/Clerk s op sed assess ent of fythe City Council thereof. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 27th day of August, 1985.
