LJ I it I 1 I 7 1 1 Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESCLUTION 185- RESOLUTION CALLING FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT (Gorhams Sandy Acres #85 -7) WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Ramsey City Council on August 27, 1985, the City Administrator /Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of the sealcoating project of the following streets: 1) Waco Street N.W. between 153rd Avenue N.W. and 150th Avenue N.W. 2) Xkimo Street N.W. between 153rd Avenue N.W. and 150th Avenue N.W. 3) Yakima Street N.W. between 153rd Avenue N.W. and 150th Lane N.W. 4) Zuni Street N.W. lying between 153rd Avenue N.W. and 151st Avenue N.W. 5) 150th Avenue N.W. lying between Waco Street N.W. and Xkimo Street N.W. 6) 150th Lane N.W. between the line of Xkimo Street N.W. and the west line of Gorham's Sandy Acres Estates 7) 151st Avenue N.W. between Yakima Street N.W. and Zuni Street N.W. AND WHEREAS, the City Administrator /Clerk has notified the City Council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY ANORA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) A hearing shall be held on the 1Fth day of September, 1985, in the Ramsey Municipal Center, at 73$0 P.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property ffected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. 2) The City Administrator /Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. He shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll not less than two weeks prior to the hearing.
