1 Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESCLUTION t85- RESOLUTION CALLING FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT (High Point Addition #85 -9) 1 WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Ramsey City Council on August 27, 1985, the City Administrator /Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of the ' sealcoating project of the following streets: 1) 155th Avenue N.W. between Zirconium Street ' N.W. and Dolomite Street N.W. 2) 156th Avenue N.W. between Basalt Street N.W. and Coquina Street N.W. 3) 157th Avenue N.W. between Dolomite Street N.W. and Coquina Street N.W. ' 4) Dolomite Street N.W. between 155th Avenue N.W. and the north plat boundary of High Point. ' 5) Coquina Street N.W. between 155th Avenue N.W. and 157th Avenue N.W. ' 6) Basalt Street N.W. between 155th Avenue N.W. and 156th Avenue N.W. 7) Zirconium Street N.W. between 155th Avenue N.W. northeast to its end at the cul-de -sac. 8) 156th Avenue N.W. between Dolomite Street N.W. ' and the west plat boundary of High point. AND WHEREAS, the City Administrator /Clerk has notified the City Council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF ' RAMSEY, ANOKA ODUNTY, SPATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) A hearing shall be held on the 1'Ith day of ' September, 1985, in the Ramsey Municipal Center, at 7: P.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property ffected by such improvement will be given ' an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. 2) The City Administrator /Clerk is hereby directed to ' cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall state in the notice the total cost
