' Councilmember _ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #85- RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT (Pineview Estates #85 -11) WHEREAS, a contract has been let and costs have been determined for the sealcoating improvement of the following streets: 1) 149th Avenue N.W. between Ramsey Blvd N.W. ' (County Road #56) and Uranimite Street N.W. 2) 149th Lane N.W. between 150th Lane N.W. east ' to its end at the cul-de -sac. 3) Uranimite Street N.W. between 149th Avenue N.W. and 150th Lane N.W. 4) Peridot Street N.W. between 149th Avenue N.W. and 150th Lane N.W. and the contract price for such improvement is $ and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of such improvement amount to $ so that the total cost of the improvement will be $ NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) The portion of the cost of such improvement to be paid by the City is hereby declared to be $ and the portion of the cost to be assessed against benefited property owners is declared to be $ I 1 2) That the City Administrator /Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public inspectin. 3) The City Administrator /Clerk shall upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the City Council thereof.
