' Councilmember introduced the following resolution <br />and moved for its adoption: <br />' RESOLUTION 085 - <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR ARCON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, <br />' INC. (PROJECTS 084 -1 AND #85 -15 FLINTWOOD HILLS SECOND ADDITION) <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted <br />the following resolution approving the following project in the <br />' City of Ramsey: <br />Resolution #85 -75 adopted April 9 1985 for <br />' Flintwood Bills Second Addition <br />AND WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey <br />' adopted Resolution #85 -101 awarding the bid to Arcon Construction <br />Company, Inc. for the construction of utilities and streets in <br />Flintwood Hills Second Additions and <br />' WHEREAS, City Engineer Peter Raatikka of Hakanson <br />Anderson, Inc. recommended partial payment in his letter dated <br />August 20, 1985, Arcon Construction Company, Inc., in the amount <br />' of $69,930.07. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA ODUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTk as follows: <br />' 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby <br />authorizes partial payment to Arcon Construction Company, Inc. <br />' for utilities and streets in Flintwood Hills Second Addition in <br />the amount of $69,930.07. <br />' 2) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby <br />authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release <br />form for this partial payment. <br />' 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is <br />not included in Resolution #85- approving payment of the <br />bills for the month of August, 1985. <br />' 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be <br />provided a signed copy of this resolution. <br />' The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />' and the following voted against the same: <br />' whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by <br />the Ramsey City Council this the 27th day of August, 1985. <br />Mayor <br />I hereby acknowledge receipt of <br />resolution: <br />City Administrator /Clerk Finanoe Officer <br />
