'1 <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Cox stated that he doesn't think there is <br />any validity in Ms. Flint's tapes based on past documentation of city issues by <br />her. Mr. Goodrich stated that he will not make an interpretation of the tape <br />but he will try to get a transcript of it. Councilmmnber Cox stated that he <br />' believes getting a transcript of the tape is a waste of taxpayer dollars; the <br />City has already agreed to contract for the investigation of the actions of <br />people involved with that meeting; getting a transcript of the tape is an added <br />expense that isn't necessary because the whole issue will be reviewed by <br />Council at the time the investigation results are brought forward. <br />Councilmember Cox stated that the amendment was made in irrational manner and <br />is inappropriate. <br />' Amendment carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg and <br />Schlueter. Voting No: Councilmembers Cox and Reiman. <br />' Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br />' Motion by Councilmamber Sorteberg and seconded by Mayor Heitman to approve <br />Board of Adjustment public hearing meeting minutes dated June 25, 1985 <br />regarding KTWN -FM's request for a variance from maximum height allowance. <br />' Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reiman and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br />' Notion by Councilmember Reiman and seconded by Mayor Heitman to approve Board <br />of Adjustment public hearing meeting minutes dated June 25, 1985 regarding Mr. <br />Donald Nienow's request for a varianoe to construct an accessory structure <br />' larger than allowed by City Code. <br />Notion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />t Reiman and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br />Motion by Councilmember Reiman and seconded by Councilmember Cox to approve <br />Board of Adjustment public hearing meeting minutes dated June 25, 1985 <br />' regarding Mr. David Schulte's request for a variance from the required front <br />yard setback. <br />' Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reiman and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br />' Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Mayor Heitman to approve Board of <br />Adjustment meeting minutes dated June 25, 1985. <br />' Notion carried.
