' ORDINANCE 85 -11 <br />City of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br />Ot -r <br />AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 170.03 which is known as the Subdivision <br />Chapter of the City Code of Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />' An Ordinance amending Section 170.0317 by the addition of a new <br />section numbered 170.0317A. <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br />1 Section 1. Amendment <br />' Section 170.0317A is hereby added to Chapter 170.03 of the City <br />Code, which section shall read as follows: <br />' 170.0317A Trunk Storm Drainage Assessments. <br />In all drainage districts in which the City has installed or <br />is in the process of installing trunk drainage facilities, <br />any subdivision or resubdivision of any lot or parcel will <br />not be permitted until the subdivider pays or agrees to pay <br />the trunk storm drainage charge. The amount of the storm <br />' drainage charge shall be the City's cost of the storm <br />drainage improvement plus an increased amount for <br />inflationary costs as deterined by the Construction Cost <br />' Index. The initial storm drainage improvement charge shall <br />be set by a separate City Council resolution for each of the <br />City's drainage districts. <br />' Section 2.
