NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />Wim <br />* 43 , <br />Y' V •, 11 I k • V <br />Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Board of <br />Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 27, 1985, <br />at 7 :30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />Boulevard NW, Ramsey Minnesota. <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Mr. <br />and Mrs. Donald Ness to construct an accessory structure larger <br />than allowed by City Code. <br />The property is legally described as follows: <br />The East 264 feet of the West 1716 feet of the North 330 <br />feet of the South 990 feet of the North Half of the North- <br />west Quarter of Section 21, Township 32, Range 25 in Anoka <br />County, Minnesota <br />and is generally known as 7735 156th Avenue N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br />All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and <br />oonment on the variance request. <br />Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the <br />' Ramsey Board of Adjustment, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, <br />Minnesota 55303.
