C <br />PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF RAMlSEY <br />AND <br />DONALD NESS <br />' This agreement entered into this day of , <br />1985, between the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as <br />"City," and Mr. Donald Ness, hereinafter referred to as <br />' "Applicant," in conjunction with the issuance to the Applicant of <br />a variance to construct an accessory structure of 780 square <br />feet, larger than allowed by City Code. <br />' The variance is hereby granted contingent upon the Applicant <br />agreeing to and complying with the following conditions: <br />' 1. That the Applicant shall obtain all necessary permits <br />before commencing any construction. <br />' 2. That the Applicant shall secure a conditional use permit <br />for the operation of his hone improvement business from <br />his residence before camiencing any construction. <br />3. That the oanpletion of the accessory structure shall <br />be compatible with the existing structure. <br />4. That the Applicant shall construct the structure in <br />accordance with all applicable City standards and <br />specifications. <br />5. That the Applicant shall use the accessory structure <br />for the storage of materials, equipment and vehicles. <br />6. That the variance shall apply to that property legally <br />described as the East 264 feet of the West 1716 feet of <br />the North 330 feet of the South 990 feet of the North <br />Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 21, Township <br />32, Range 25 in Anoka County, Minnesota, and is generally <br />known as 7735 156th Avenue N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />7. That this development agreement shall be recorded as a <br />part of the Applicant's deed. <br />The Applicant understands and agrees that the variance granted <br />herein is subject to review at any time. <br />Any violations of the conditions described herein or any <br />violation of any other City ordinances may be cause for immediate <br />revocation of this variance. <br />- 1 - <br />
