NOTICE OF PUBLIC BEARING <br />' TO WHOM IT MAY O]NCERN: <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA MUNIY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />' Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Board of <br />Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 27, 1985, <br />at 7 :30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />' Boulevard NW, Ramsey Minnesota. <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Mr. <br />' Roy Newcomb to constuct an accessory structure larger than <br />allowed by City Code and to construct the structure in the <br />required front yard of the lot. <br />' The property is legally described as Lot 2, Block 4, <br />Barthel's Rum River Acres and is generally known as 16431 <br />Dysprosium Street N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />' All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and <br />comment on the variance request. <br />' Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the <br />Ramsey Board of Adjustment, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, <br />Minnesota 55303.
