NOTICE OF PUBLIC BEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOWA COUNTY <br />STATE OF KWESOTA <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Board of <br />Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 27, 1985, <br />at 7 :30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Mr. <br />Edwin Christopherson to construct an accessory structure larger <br />than allowed by City Code. <br />The property is legally described as follows: <br />The South 367.8 feet of the West 237.0 feet of the North- <br />west Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 3 Town- <br />ship 32, Range 25 in Anoka Ouunty, Minnesota] <br />and is generally known as 7121 175th Avenue N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br />All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and <br />oomment on the variance request. <br />Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the <br />Ramsey Board of Adjustment, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, <br />Minnesota 55303.
