That this develognent agreement shall be recorded as a <br />part of the Applicant's deed. <br />The Applicant understands and agrees that the variance granted <br />herein is subject to review at any time. <br />Any violations of the conditions described herein or any <br />violation of any other City ordinances may be cause of immediate <br />revocation of this ordinance. <br />- 1 - <br />PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF RAMiSEY <br />AMID <br />' <br />EDWIN (NRISTOPHERSCN <br />This agreement entered into this day of , <br />' <br />1985, between the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as <br />" City," and Mr. Edwin Christopherson, hereinafter referred to as <br />"Applicant," in conjunction with the issuance to the Applicant of <br />a variance to construct an accessory structure of 1440 square <br />' <br />feet, larger than allowed by City Code. <br />The variance is hereby granted contingent upon the Applicant <br />' <br />agreeing to and complying with the following conditions: <br />1. That the Applicant shall obtain all necessary permits <br />before commencing any construction. <br />2. That the completion of the accessory structure shall <br />' <br />be compatible with the existing structure. <br />3.
