Schnelle <br />City Administrator /Clerk <br />DATED: July 8 1985 <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Board of <br />Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 23, 1985 <br />at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />' <br />Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Mr. <br />Steven J. Johnson construct an accessory building larger than <br />allowed by City Code. <br />4he property is legally described as follows: <br />' <br />The North two hundred thirty three feet of the West two <br />hundred f ifty five feet of the East six hundred forty feet <br />of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 16, <br />' <br />Township 32, Range 25, according to United States Govern- <br />ment Survey thereof and situated in Anoka County, Minnesota <br />' <br />and is generally known as 7241 164th Lane N.W., Ramsey. <br />All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and <br />comment on the variance request. <br />Written comments are welcome and should be addressed to the <br />Ramsey Board of Adjustment, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, <br />I <br />Minnesota 55303.
