Hakanson, P.E.
James M. Winter, R.L.S.
Lawrence G. Koshak, P.E.
Peter R. Raatikka, P.E.
As requested, the breakdown of the $9,698.62 platting costs to date
for Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition is as follows:
Description Amount
Engineering - HAA $4,089.05
Legal - Randall, Dehn & Goodrich $2,529.50
Financial Review - Deloitte Haskins $2,698.62
Anoka Union $ 207.47
Postage $ 22.60
TOTAL COSTS $9,698.62
As stated in our August 1, 1985 letter, the developer has desposited
$38,000 with the City. A majority of the balance ($28,301.38) was
used to cover the engineering costs on the project prior to the
receipt of the bond funds by the City.
Since the developer has posted the required escrow for the project,
and the City has received the bond money and will be assessing out the
engineering costs as project costs, we would recommend release of the
$27,500.00 to the developer. This would leave a balance of $801.38 in
the Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition escrow account to cover any future
plat charges. When the plat and the project have been finalized, the
remaining balance can be released.
civil • municipal • planning • soils • land surveying • landscape architecture
