CITY OF IWf>EY CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AGREEMENT 1his contract entered into this day of , 1986, between the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City," and Mr. Charles Pearson, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," in conjunction with the issuance to the Applicant of a conditional use permit agreement to operate an auto body repair business in the I-I Industrial District. 'Ihe conditional use permit is hereby granted contingent upon the Applicant agreeing to and oam~ying with the following conditions: 1. 'Ihat adequate water supply and sewage disposal facilities will be provided on the site. 2. There shall be no salvage or junk yard activities oonducted from this business or in conjunction with this business. 3. 'Ihe City of Ramsey reserves the right to inspect the property if it receives oan~aints fran adjoining property owners. 4. !IlIe condi tional use permit shall apply to that property legally described as follows: The West 169.41 feet of Tract C of Registered Land Survey No. 30 excluding roadway, subject to easements of record, Anoka County, Minnesota. 5. Any signs erected on the premises shall be in accordance with the City Code. 6. Adequate on-si te parking shall be provided. ~n~RY 'Ihe Applicant understands and agrees that the condi tional use permit granted herein is subject to review at any time and shall be reviewed annually by Ci ty Staff. Any violations of the condi tions described herein or any violation of any other City ordinances may be cause for i.nmediate revocation of this conditional use permi t.
