<br />. ,. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />170.012 nF.FTIi!TTT~ <br /> <br />Intent: The following words and terms, wherever they occur in <br />this chapter, shall be construed as herein defined. <br />Words not defined shall be interpreted in accordance <br />with definitions in any standard dictionary. <br /> <br />J.Rn'I'I'TIr.: Making contact with or separated only by public <br />thoroughfare, railroad, public utility right-Of-way or <br />navigable waters. <br /> <br />ACCEggORY BllTY.DTN~: Any subordinate building located on <br />the same lot as the principal building and the use of which <br />is incidental to that of the principal building or use of <br />the premises. <br /> <br />ACCF.gSORY FARM BllTY.DING: An accessory building used to <br />shelter farm animals (excluding household pets). <br /> <br />ACCESSORY DSE: a use naturally and normally incidental <br />to, subordinate to, and auxiliary to the principal per- <br />mi tted use of the premises <br /> <br />J.mTTT~: A physical enlargement of an existing <br />structure. <br /> <br />Ar.RTmT.'lflRAT. n<lF.l':: Those uses commonly associated with the <br />growing of produce on farms. ibese include: field crop <br />farming, pasture for hay, fruit growing, tree, plant, shrub <br />or flower nursery without building, truck gardening, <br />and livestock raising and feeding, but not including <br />fur farms, OCI1IlIercial animal feed lots and kennels. <br /> <br />~: A public right-Of-way primarily designed to serve <br />as secondary access to the side or rear of those properties <br />whose principal frontage is on a street. <br /> <br />ANTMJ.T~, nnMEgTTC PARM: Horses, cattle, sheep, ducks, <br />chickens, geese, rabbits, pigeons, goats, hogs, bees, <br />turkeys. <br /> <br />ANTMAT,g.
