<br />. , <br /> <br />,. <br /> <br />~: Any establishment operated for social, recreational <br />or educatlonal purposes but open only to members and not the <br />general p.1blic. <br /> <br />l'nIIPRF.IlF.lil~TVE PT.lI.li: A computation of goals, policy state- <br />ments, standards, programs and maps for guiding the physi- <br />cal, social, and eoonomic developnent, both public and pri- <br />vate, as defined in the Minnesota Municipal Planning Act, <br />and includes any part of such plan separately adopted and <br />any III1lE!nanent to such plan or plrts thereof. <br /> <br />mIilOITTONAT. nFlE: A use which may be appropriate in a <br />specific zone, but IIlCIy require special condi tions imposed by <br />the City Council as it may create special problems with <br />regards to the protection of the public welfare, the in- <br />tegrity of the municipal land use plan, and/or the zoning <br />district in which it is located. <br /> <br />CONDITIONAl. nSE PERMIT: A permi t issued by the Ci ty <br />Council in accordance with procedures specified in this <br />chapter which permit is required in order to carryon a <br />.conditional use. as defined in this chapter. <br /> <br />~NT: A contract between two individuals which <br />constitutes a restriction of a particular use of land. <br /> <br />rYII7F.RAGF.: That portion of a lot covered by principal and <br />accessory use structures. <br /> <br />nF.lill':T'I'V: A number expressing the ratio of dwelling uni ts <br />to an acre of land. <br /> <br />nrgTRTC'l': A section or sections of the Ci ty for which the <br />regulations and provisions governing the use of buildings <br />and lands are uniform for each class of use permitted <br />therein. <br /> <br />IlOG KEIilNET.: Any place where three (3) dogs or more over <br />three (3) months of age are kept. <br /> <br />DOMEgTTC WASTE WATER: Any water generated by a use used <br />for personal hygiene such as lavatories and related sinks. <br />This definition shall apply only to Sections l70.0l6H and <br />l70.0l6J (RB and RI) of this Chapter. <br /> <br />DRJ.TNTNr.: The removal of surface water or groundwater <br />fran land. <br /> <br />DRTVF,...TN ES'I1I.'U.Tl':RMF.IilT: An establishment which accom- <br />modates the patron's automobile from which the occupants <br />may receive a service or in which products purchased <br />fran the establishment IIlCIy be consll\led. <br /> <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />- <br />
