NON-rnMMERCTAL: The housing or keeping <br />of horses for friends, neighbors, and relatives when the <br />charge for such boarding is limited to the actual costs <br />incurred and the person or persons providing the service <br />have not attempted to solicit business through any form <br />of advertising. <br /> <br />7 <br />
