PRtWTF:TCH; <br /> <br />170.01SA APPLI~TION <br /> <br />Where the condi tions imposed by any provisions of this chapter <br />are either more or less restrictive than comparable conditions <br />imposed ~ any other regulation, the regulations which impose the <br />higher standard or requirements shall prevail. <br /> <br />From and after the effective date of this chapter, the use of <br />all land and every building or portion of a building erected, <br />altered in height and area, added to, or relocated, and every use <br />within a building or use accessory thereto, in the City of Ramsey <br />shall be in conformity with the provisions of this chapter. <br /> <br />l70.0l5B aJUlLWlCE <br /> <br />No structure shall be located, erected, constructed, <br />reconstructed, moved, altered, converted or enlarged, nor shall <br />any structure or land be used or be designed to be used except <br />and after the lawful issuance of all permits required by this <br />dlapter. <br /> <br />l70.0l5C OSI'B lIIOT PRO/IDED !OR WI'JBIN ZaUNG DIS'llUC'JS <br /> <br />Whenever in any zoning district a use is neither specifically <br />permitted or denied, the use shall be considered prohibited <br />unless a condi tional use permi t is applied for and granted. In <br />such case, the City Council or the Planning Commission, on their <br />own initiative or upon request, may conduct a study to determine <br />if the use is acceptable and the determination as to condi tions <br />and standards relating to development of the use. The Ci ty <br />Council, Planning Commission or property owner, upon receipt of <br />the staff report shall, if appropriate, initiate an amendment to <br />the Zoning Chapter to provide for the particular use under <br />consideration or shall find that the use is not compatible for <br />deve10pnent wi thin the zoning district. <br /> <br />l70.0l5D AO'JBORITY <br /> <br />'.!his chapter is enacted pursuant to the author i ty granted by <br />the Municipal Planning Act, Minnesota Statutes, Sections 462.351 <br />to 462.365. <br /> <br />l70.0l5E SEENlABILI'l'! <br /> <br />It is hereby declared to be the intention of the City that the <br />several provisions of this chapter are separable in accordance <br />with the following: <br />a. If any court of competent jurisdiction shall adjudge <br />any provision of this chapter to be invalid, such <br />judgnent shall not affect any other provisions of this <br />dlapter rot specifically included in said judgnent. <br /> <br />27 <br />
