<br />" <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />l70.0lSJ IWIlFAC'lURED 8OOSOO <br /> <br />Manufactured houses may be located within residential loning <br />districts within the City upon compliance with the following <br />condi tions and upon compliance wi th all other condi tions of the <br />City Code except those City Code conditions which may be at <br />variance with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Manufactured houses shall comply with all loning <br />regulations for the lone in which th~ are located. <br /> <br />2. A building permit and any other required permits shall <br />be obtained for such manufactured housing. <br /> <br />3. Manufactured houses shall have minimum floor areas as <br />follows: <br /> <br />A. Qle Family Structures <br /> <br />Qle flilllily structures shall have at least three (3) <br />habitable rooms, as defined by the State Building Code, <br />and the overall dimensions shall contain the following <br />minimum areas including foyers and exclusive of garages <br />and be no less than 24 feet in any naninal dimension: <br /> <br />Rambler wi thout garage <br /> <br />912 square feet on <br />main living floor <br /> <br />912 square feet on <br />main living floor <br /> <br />720 square feet per <br />floor <br /> <br />Split level without garage <br /> <br />Full two story with or without <br />garage, exclusive of lofts, <br />balconies and any other <br />similar construction <br /> <br />768 square feet on <br />main living floor <br /> <br />Ranbler or split level with <br />attached or detached 440 square <br />foot garage <br /> <br />B. i\IO Family Structures <br /> <br />~o family structures shall have at least three (3) <br />livable rooms, as defined by the State Building Code, <br />per family and the overall dimensions shall contain not <br />less than 720 square feet on the main living floor per <br />family including foyers and exclusive of garages. All <br />two family structures shall have either an attached or <br />detached garage wi th overall dimensions of not less than <br />240 square feet per unit. Where a two dwelling structure <br />is constructed with a zero (0) lot line, the overall <br />dimensions of the attached/detached garage shall not con- <br />tain less than 440 square feet per unit. <br /> <br />C.
