In no event shall the total square footage of the <br />attached or detached garage and the accessory structure exceed <br />5,664 square feet on any parcel of land two and one-half <br />(2-1/2) acres and greater in size. <br /> <br />On parcels of land two and one-half (2-1/2) acres and greater <br />in size, all accessory structures shall have a design and <br />exterior facing finish which is compatible, as determined by <br />the Building Inspector, with the principal structure. <br />Galvanized finishes shall not be permitted. <br /> <br />FENCES <br /> <br />Fencing other than for solely decorative purposes shall be <br />restricted to side and rear yards.
