<br />~ <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />Each efficiency unit shall have an attached/detached garage <br />with overall dimensions that contain not less than 240 square <br />feet per uni t. <br /> <br />Each unit of three or more dwelling unit structures shall <br />have an attached/detached garage with overall dimensions <br />that contain not less than 240 square feet per uni t. <br /> <br />'Ihe surfaces of parking stalls, aisles, and access driveways <br />shall be blacktop, concrete or other hard surface and pro- <br />perly maintained for adequate and shall be kept free from <br />dust, dirt and mud. Proper maintenance includes keeping the <br />blacktop, concrete or other surface in good condition and <br />free fran chuck-holes and other types of surface cracks and <br />breakage. <br /> <br />'Ihe entire perimeter of the parking stalls, aisles and access <br />driveways shall be curbed with six inch high curbing of <br />poured concrete. <br /> <br />All required parking stalls shall be located on the premises <br />of the ~incipal building. <br /> <br />One parking stall shall not be less than 180 square feet in <br />area, with a minimlJ1l width of 9 feet. <br /> <br />Off-street parking is prohibi ted: <br />- in any portion of the required front yard; <br />- in any more than 2/3 of the required rear yard; <br />- any closer than 5 feet to a lot line; and <br />- any closer to a principal building than 5 feet. <br /> <br />Driveways: <br />MaximlJ1l driveway width: 24 feet <br />Miniml11l width of parking aisle: 20 feet <br />Edge of curb opening shall not be closer to nearest portion <br />of a street right-of-way intersection than 75 feet or 2/3 <br />of the lot width, whichever is smaller (where a -T- inter- <br />section exists, a drive may be located opposite the end of <br />the intercepted street) <br />MinimlJ1l driveway angle to the street: 60 degrees <br />Driveway pavement must be at least 5 feet frail any lot line <br /> <br />FENCES <br /> <br />Fencing, landscape growths, and/or hedging located in the front <br />yard setback shall not exceed 48 inches in height.
