<br />CASE #1: <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR REZORIHG FROM UB, UBBAR BUSINESS, TO UR, <br />UBBAR RESIDENTIAL; CASE OF RIVER'S BEND PROPERTIES <br />By: Anne Horris, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />River's Bend Properties is requesting a rezoning for the 4-1/2 acres located <br />southwest of Blocks 7 and 8 of the existing River's Bend plat. As you know, <br />this land will be platted into twelve single family residential lots.
