<br />FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT <br /> <br />NORTHFORK PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />RAMSEY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Draft Environmental Impact Statement for this project <br />was distributed for review and comment on April 4, 1986. A <br />public hearing to discuss the DEIS was held at the City of <br />Ramsey offices on April 23, 1986 at 7:00pm. No comments <br />were received at that hearing. Written comments on the <br />Draft were received from the Dept. of Agriculture, Pollution <br />Control Agency, Metropolitan Council, Dept. of Natural <br />Resources, the City of Elk River, the Minnesota Historical <br />society, and the Minn. Dept. of Transportation. <br /> <br />Res~o~se to these comments did not require extensive <br />reV1Slon of the Draft EIS. In most cases, response could be <br />made with the addition of new material to that already <br />contained in the Draft. Therefore, the entire Draft has not <br />been reproduced for the Final. Instead, the summary (with <br />appropriate changes or additions) is included, along with <br />those chapters or portions of chapters from the Draft to <br />which new material has been added in response to comments. <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council will discuss the adequacy of this <br />Final EIS at its regularly scheduled meeting on June 24, <br />1986. The Council plans to make its final decision <br />regarding this FEIS at a special Council meeting on June 30, <br />1986.
