<br />2.0 GOVERNMENT APPROVALS <br /> <br />The following government approvals will be required for this <br />, <br />project: <br /> <br />FHA -- Subdivision Approval <br />DNR -- possible Shoreland/wetland Alteration <br />MnDOT -- Highway Access Permit and RR Grade Crossing <br />City of Ramsey -- plat review and approval, building permit <br />approval <br />Sherburne County -- Information and Review <br />City of Elk River -- Information and Review <br />MPCA __ state Disposal system permit (for commercial <br />development sewage system) <br /> <br />Additional permits to fill within floodplain areas or to <br />alter shorelands may be necessary if development encroaches <br />on these areas. <br /> <br />Based upon the Environmental Assessment Worksheet prepared <br />for this project, it appeared that an Indirect Source Permit <br />from the Minnesota pollution Control Agency could be <br />required. However, as discussed in Section 6.4 of the Draft <br />EIS, the development will not require this permit, since the <br />number of parking spaces anticipated is less than the <br />minimum required for this permit. <br /> <br />There are no permits <br />concurrently with this <br />developed in phases over <br />as they are required. <br /> <br />for which information was gathered <br />EIS.
