<br />CASK #3: <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR PRELIMINARY D:EVELOPHEIIT PLAlI APPROVAL OF <br />SECORD PBASK OF ROR'lIU'ORK P.U.D.; CASK OF RORm FORK, INC. <br />By: Anne Norris, COIIIIIIUnity Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />North Fork, Inc. is requesting preliminary plan approval of the second phase of <br />development in the Northfork P.U.D. The second phase consists of approximately <br />69 acres to be developed into 23 single family residential lots. The average <br />size of these lots is 2.7 acres and the plat includes Andrie Street RW. Part <br />of this plat lies within the Shoreland Overlay District. The proposed lots <br />appear to meet all the requirements of this district. <br /> <br />Enclosed for your information are the following items: <br /> <br />a) Site location map <br />b) Public hearing notice <br />c) Properties notified <br />d) Proposed preliminary plat of the second phase of Northfork P.U.D. <br /> <br />The City Engineer's report on this plat will be available at the meeting. <br /> <br />North Fork, Inc. has met several times with the Park and Recreation Commission <br />regarding park dedication requirements for future phases of the P.U.D.
