Mr. DubatB inquired as to the <br />intent of this language. Mr. Goodrich replied that the language iB atandard; <br />the City wants the right to review the property. not neceuarily at any time, <br />after receipt of complaint or indication of violation and on an annual basis. <br />Mr. Goodrich stated that if property reviewal reveals a violation of the permit <br />conditions, the permit holder is subjected to a review hearing and if the <br />violation continues, the City can revoke the permit. Mr. Goodrich atated that <br />language stating 'at any reasonable time' could be substituted for 'at any <br />time'. Mr. Dubats referred to Item #6 which requireB limited outBide storage <br />and that screening be provided; inquired why he is being subjected to higher <br />operating standards than other businesses in the area. Mr. Goodrich stated <br />that the City's ordinance addresses outside storage and Mr. Dubats is not being <br />singled out.
