OF IAMSBJ <br /> <br />COBDITIOIAL USE PERMIT ACIEEKEIT <br /> <br />Thil agreement entered into thil day of , 1986, between <br />the City of Ilamley, hereinafter referred to al "City," and Mr. Jurgen <br />Zurnieden, hereinafter referred to al "Applicant," in conjunction with the <br />illuance of a conditional ule permit to operate a lawn maintenance and <br />landlcaping bUlinel1 from hil home at 7721 1711t Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />Thil conditional ule permit il hereby granted contingent upon the Applicant <br />agreeing to and complying with the following conditionl. <br /> <br />1. Exterior dilplaYI or lignl and exterior indication of the lawn <br />maintenance and landlcaping bUlinel. ahall not be permitted except a. <br />permitted in Section 170.05 of the City Code. <br /> <br />2. The City of Ilamley relerves the right to inspect the property at any <br />reasonable time if it receives complaints from adjacent property <br />owners. <br /> <br />3. There shall be no exterior storage of the lawn maintenance and <br />landscaping equipment on the Applicant's property. <br /> <br />4. This conditional use permit shall apply to that property legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 3, Block 2, Golden Eagle Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />5. This conditional use permit agreement shall be recorded as part of the <br />Applicant's deed. <br /> <br />S1IMMARY <br /> <br />The Applicant underltands and agrees that the conditional use permit granted <br />herein is subject to review at any reasonable time and shall be reviewed <br />annually by City staff. <br /> <br />Any violations of the conditions described herein or any violations of other <br />.City ordinances may be cause for immediate revocation of this conditional use <br />permit. <br /> <br />T- <br />~ <br />
