Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #24-312 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF MULTIPLE AGREEMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 7T11 ADDITION WHEREAS, COR at Ramsey, LLC, hereafter referred to as "Property Owner", requested the release of two (2) former agreements, recorded as Document Numbers 1977751.011 (Secondary Development Contract) and 2163649.001 (Agreement for Reimbursement of Fees and Requirement of Subsequent Developer(s) to Post Required Fees), associated with the land previously platted as Ramsey Town Center 7th Addition (see Exhibit 1 for legal description); and WHEREAS, the Property Owner has executed and recorded a new Development Agreement (Document Number 2423354.004), for the plat known as Parkside Townhomes, which includes a portion of the land subject to Document Numbers 1977751.011 and 2163649.001, and provided the requisite sureties and fees, including the Property Owner's portion of unfinished improvements outlined in Document Number 1977751.011; and WHEREAS, the Secondary Development Contract (Document Number 1977751.011) and Agreement for Reimbursement of Fees and Requirement of Subsequent Developer(s) to Post Required Fees (Document Number 2163649.001) are considered to be satisfied, but remain on the title; and WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the request to release both agreements on November 12, 2024. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Document Numbers 1977751.011 and 2163649.001, referenced above, are deemed to be satisfied and may now be released from the Subject Property. The motion of the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Olson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Kuzma Councilmember Musgrove Councilmember Olson Councilmember Howell Councilmember Riley Councilmember Specht Councilmember Woestehoff
