2. That approval of this Variance is contingent upon successfully vacating five(5)feet of the <br /> existing drainage and utility easement along the western boundary of the Subject Property. <br /> The Ramsey City Council will consider the requested easement vacation at their regular <br /> meeting on August 27, 2024. <br /> 3. That the Applicant shall obtain the necessary building permit(s) to construct the building <br /> addition. <br /> 4. That all other design requirements of the Zoning Code and Building Code are met. <br /> 5. That this resolution shall be recorded against the property with the Anoka County <br /> Recorder's Office prior to receiving a building permit. <br /> 6. That the Applicant shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br /> enforcing this Variance. <br /> 7. That this Variance shall automatically expire if the use is not initiated by August 22, 2025, <br /> and initiation shall be considered issuance of a Building Permit for the building addition. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner <br /> Peters, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Chairperson Gengler <br /> Commissioner Bauer <br /> Commissioner Peters <br /> Commissioner Heineman <br /> Commissioner Hunt <br /> Commissioner Van Scoy <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> None <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> None <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> Commissioner Anderson <br /> Resolution #24-227 <br /> Page 3 of 5 <br />
